Hey Ladies, Just wondering what camera everyone is using and if you shoot more in auto mode or manually set your shutter speeds and aperture settings? I have a canon rebel an older one i bought it about 4 years ago and I just started learning how to shoot manually before I was shooting all auto.

I've got a Nikon D90 and usually shoot in manual or aperture priority. Sometimes I use auto, if I don't have time to figure out settings.

Nikon D60. I use Manual 99% of the time. I got my camera in May, and on only a handful of occasions I've used auto mode. I say the only way I'll learn to properly use my camera is using it manual (at least for me at least).
I only resort to auto in a huge emergency, which I shouldve done last night at my daughters 2nd birthday gathering

Canon 5D and I use manual 100% of the time. I tried using other modes for snapshots but I'm quick enough to adjust my settings. Plus they turn out so much better when I do use manual.

I have an older Rebel XT and shoot in manual most of the time. But, when I am just taking snapshots of nothing really special, I will shoot in Auto.
