My kit lens is broke I wanted to take Bella's xmas pics this week too and now i wont be able to. I'm gonna see if it'll work with my other lens (55-200mm) but i dunno.
...I don't know what you shoot with but I'm selling the kit lens to my Canon 30D, you can PM me if you are interested...
That's awesome about the tripod, that's one thing that I'm hoping to find under my tree
Ah that would be great except i use a nikon d40 I found it listed on amazon for 185$ but found one by sigma and according to the reviews, it works on the d40 and it's 114$.
That stinks and I know the feeling, my poor camera stopped functioning on me while on vacation earlier this month and is still being repaired at Nikon, totally missed the whole Christmas season for pictures, totally stinks, still keeping a slight bit of hope that it will be shipped back to me before Christmas
