I just cant seem to get the skin tone correct. If I take too much red out then it looks blue or sometimes too yellow....I was messing around with the levels...is this where i should be to correct skin tone? He also has BLONDE hair, but its red in most of the pics.

If you look for the newborn skin tone tutorial (if you haven't seen it yet) try following that one and see what it looks like and then do layers>selective color>yellow and lower saturation on the yellow and or red to possibly get that hair back to blonde.....raise your curves level a bit as well to make it a bit brighter
