What are your "must-haves" that you bring with you to a shoot?

camera/lens, micro fiber clothes, spare battery, pop up reflector, and depending on the shoot a bag with various props to help loosen things up, provide a pop of color , etc.

Depends on what kind of shoot I'm going on. For couples or families with older kids (and on location) I usually just have my cameras, lenses, spare batteries. If I'm shooting younger kids I'll make sure to have some props plus some fun squeaky toys to get their attention.

I only do outdoor shoots right now .. so If its kids I bring camera, props, camera bag with flash defuser and lenses however I usually only use my 50mm 1.8 with no flash

with adults I bring the same thing minus props

and when I did a wedding I brought my camera bag with the defuser 2 different lenses and a tripod

I don't travel light. I have 3 big bins that come with me that hold blankets, baskets, hats, props. I bring my backdrop stand and light stands, umbrellas etc. My fake flooring panels and baseboard, bean bag chair, camera gear including spare battery and charger just in case. Lens cleaning stuff - you just never know.

It depends on the shoot, but I always carry a few lenses, flash and batteries.. I take a ton of props to a newborn shoot! Hast, blankets, cocoons!

I have a studio in my home so they come to me. So much easier. I can go to them but so far everybody has come to me.

Camera, lens, extra memory cards and batteries, something that makes noise (like a ball with a bell in it or something to get babies to look). I'm an on location photographer so I don't need backdrops or anything.

For newborns, it's a whole other story: bean bags, blankets, hats and headbands, cloth diapers to put between bean bag and baby, reflector, clamps, backdrop stand, any other props I want to use...plus all of what I have listed above.
