I agree, if you signed a contract, honor it. If you hadn't, I would maybe send her a nice email explaining that your stuff has changed in the last year and you're no longer offering CDs and that the free 8X10 print offer has expired or something like that. I wouldn't be hard headed, people will continue to come back to you if you offer good customer service so try to work with her.
I would up the price and sell her the disc.. That way you are honoring your contract and she is not getting the best of the situation, I am not saying double your prices, maybe charge her an additional $75 for the delay..
