For the past two weeks I've been eating, breathing, designing my new website! And it's up!
WOOOOO HOOOOO... please take a look and let me know what you think. (and if you see anything wonky, please let me know!)
I'm a web designer and developer
Who made your website?
It's soft and light and pleasant to the eye
But I've got some CC, if you don't mind
First, the user should not have to choose flash/mobile/ipad.
The "site" should be able to determine the browser used and display the right website.
second, opening in a new tab/window is a bad idea.
It's okay to do that when you have many things to click on, on the same page (so you won't have to press "back" every time) but there it's not the case.
and third, flash, for photographer's websites, fits just so well, but the bad side of flash is that it's not recognized by search engines.
search engines (like google) parse websites as plain text. Like this (this is my website)
Everything text, navigation menu etc made in flash will not show.
Google will not see them and cannot index your website properly in Google.
Look this gallery from my photo website : YukiPhoto :: Photography PortFolio
This is not flash. It's jQuery
And it's supported by mobile phone and Apple stuff

Thanks Yuki for your professional advice!
I switched it to open in the same window, so thanks for that!
I had a friend with an Iphone test the site, and it does seem to go right to the correct layout without her having to click which site, so I am just waiting for my husband to get home with his Ipad so I can test that, but perhaps I can just get rid of the Splash Page Flash/Mobile/Ipad. I'll have to double check it though.
I don't know that I can do anything about google not recognizing it though... it's a template I bought... can I do anything to make it better for search engines?
If it's a template you bought, no there is nothing you can do really, beside putting a description and keywords on meta tags in the header (which I see you did) but since people often abused of this, search engines don't look at this in priority now.
I tried the website on my iTouch and indeed, it goes right to the right version
