How much did your photographer charge? I asked for a $500 pkg... only formal pics... none from the ceremony.
Did you feel like the photos were worth what you paid? Somewhat. It was back in the day of film, and I got 2 colour rolls and 1 black and white. No post-processing. SO I would say for film, it was a good deal. The pictures weren't great, but we just wanted someone there to capture us.
Would you hire them again? Nope. They didn't give very good direction, although I had no idea since I wasn't a photographer back then. Knowing what I do now, I wouldn't hire them again.
How much did your photographer charge? I think it was $6k or even $7k i can't really recall. Did you feel like the photos were worth what you paid? Well it was kind of a lot but it included the video, photographer and the book that we ordered but we were very happy with everything so that's a yes i guess! Would you hire them again? Absolutely. My dad used their services once, that's how i got the recommendation, and actually my dad is getting re-married in June and i hope he uses the same guy
And here are some pics, they are from my FB though so the quality isn't so great. [Info: The Visual Image in Merrick, Long Island, NY]
Gah sorry for posting a million pics LOL like i said i really liked the photographer so it's hard to only pick a few photos!
How much did your photographer charge?
About a thousand
Did you feel like the photos were worth what you paid?
Absolutely. He did a wonderful job. That and he was willing to come at whatever time I asked beforehand and stayed until we cut him loose - he did give us a "time limit" or "picture limit". Every other photographer I talked to would only do about 4 or 5 hours for that price. He stayed until there was only us, our family and a few stragglers at the reception left. He was going to stay longer, but we told him he could take off since we were just cleaning up at that point.
Would you hire them again?
Yes! And I would recommend him
