Does anyone know how to take a really good picture of Christmas lights? I have a 14 pixel, digital Sony camera. I thought it would be a pretty good camera but I can't seem to take a decent picture of Christmas lights. Can anyone help me out?

I've never done it, but I am assuming you want to get them in the dark, so what you really need is a tripod. If you don't want to buy one there are tutorials online to make simple ones out of pop bottles. I've never done that but I imagine it would work fine.
