With just my regular post-processing without anything special being done to the picture, I'd say no more than 1-2 minutes. If I really think it's a great or cool picture I'll try different effects on it, but rarely do I spend more than 5 minutes on a picture.
Of course there are always exceptions; extreme acne, fixing clothing with the clone tool, etc.
I usually just sharpen and adjust contrast if needed. About a minute per pic for most of my shoots I would say. There are times where it takes longer, and when I first started out it was a looooooooooooot longer than that. I find that shooting in RAW reduces my processing time.

For most of my shots its normally just a quick edit of levels and I'm done. So that doesn't take long. If Im trying to do anything interesting though, I take ages. Im still learing all the post-processing that you can do so I play around with tons of different settings. Then sometimes when I look at the edit the next day, I feel like starting all over!
