How do you add a soft glow in photoshop? I swear I learned at one point, and now I cant remember lol. Also - how do you make something look sparkly/twinkly? (Lights, jewelry, etc).

Thanks! Can you guys tell Im spending all my time catching up on photo editing tonight? lol.

I always use the diffuse glow thingy. And to make something sparkly I just lighten it, but I go for the natural look, not really the twinkly look so I amnot sure about that one.
