I have used Kodak, Engerizer, and some off brand Walmart sells. The kodak and Engerizer did okay but the Walmart one will keep a charge at all. I was wondering what type of battery do you use or recommend. My camera takes AAs.

Oh wow, I don't have a clue...the only time I use rechargeables are when they come with something, i.e. my camera, video camera, etc.

Hopefully somebody else has a good suggestion.

i have this.
it's a bit expensive, but omg they last FOREVER!!! (keep in mind this is canadian prices, this store is from the same chain as best buy if that helps)
we bought the charger kit plus 4 xtra batteries so we can switch, and that was over a year ago, and we have to have to buy new ones. The charge is still as strong as ever.

I think I have the raovac(sp) LI rechargable like the pp. I have the wall thing that takes all sizes of batteries to charge. I also have 4 AA that keep a good charge.
