First he is so cute! I would focus on just taking pictures. If you feel that you are a little shaky try leaning against something when you are taking the picture or put your camera on a flat service. I went out and brought a tripod because my hands get so shaky from my meds. It helps 100%.

If you are going to include your husband or SO in the picture I would get him and the baby both. Don't cut his head off. Also try taking pictures with the baby on the floor, etc. Get down on the floor at his level and take as many pictures as you want.

The key to taking better photos is to try all different angles, poses, crops, settings, etc. I agree with stormy.. Try placing him in different areas and have dad get down on the floor with him.. Don't cut his head off.. Another key is, just take hundreds of photos, experiment and have fun!

I like the above suggestions too! I cheat and go to photographers websites and steal poses from them!

That is not cheating but experimenting with new ideas. I like that idea.

the above suggestions and also, just watch out for the harsh sunlight...utilize your natural light, but try not to have him directly in the sun.

Great looking guys you have there!
