Understanding

I have recently had to break down with my sister and explain to her how I was feeling and that I needed her to understand me. I know she was only trying to help when she would call me to come do things with her but since she has two small children it seemed that everything revolved around watching a bunch of cute little kids run around. I just needed her to understand that it wasn't personal and I didn't want her to think I didn't want to spend time with my nephews, I just needed time to be alone and some days I needed to just be at home and not face reality. I think she finally understands after we had a heart to heart but I think for me just having people understand where I am coming from is the best thing they can do for me...or at least pretend they understand!

VITALITY
capacity for survival or for the continuation of a meaningful or purposeful existence: power to live or grow.

As much as you may want to give it up, don't.

X-treme emotions.

From sad to angry to pain. Every emotion possible surrounding my losses is extreme. I am not just a little sad or a little angry or it doesn't just hurt a little. I go from one extreme to the next.

Yourself

Take time out for yourself. Allow yourself to grieve. Allow yourself time to heal. Don't worry about doing things or putting yourself in situations that will make you uncomfortable until YOU are ready.

Z - Zeal

zeal /zil/
–noun
fervor for a person, cause, or object; eager desire or endeavor; enthusiastic diligence; ardor.

Keeping your zeal alive - keeping yourself "in the game" despite all the heartbreak.

Learning to tell yourself it WILL be alright. You ARE deserving of a healthy baby. You WILL make it to the finish line if you just keep going!
