Around here (in Michigan) it truly is looking & feeling like Fall already. We have a number of trees changing color & some are even dropping leaves. I LOVE Fall usually - but I feel like I skipped Summer this year because we never really got away - not even for a weekend. I went swimming once..and that was rather recently. Michigan has awesome beaches & I never made it to the beach even. How pathetic is that?

Anyway - other than that - I am enjoying the really nice weather we are currently having & the cool nights. I know some of us may live places where the seasons don't vary so much, but for those of us that do see a change, how are you enjoying the change of season?

Uggh! I've got a headache!! With the fall comes allergies, and though they aren't nearly as bad as they were when I was younger, I can't stand getting headaches all of the time. I love looking at the leaves changing colors, but I hate the yard work that the falling leaves bring (we have 3 large trees in our front yard, all with HUGE leaves on them).

I miss it being warm enough to go swimming everyday!

It's been a bit too warm to really "feel" like fall. BUT... we went apple picking at an orchard on Friday. It was wonderful and definitely made it seem more like autumn.

I LOVE fall, even with the allergies and more frequent asthma issues. It's cool enough that we can go out after dinner and play, do yardwork, or walk the neighborhood without sweating to death. I love needing a jacket in the mornings. I can't wait for the fall colors, but that's still another couple of weeks away here.

I enjoy in the fall! Leaves started to change colours and temperature is right for long walks, but it is still warm enough that during the sunny days I can still walk around in short sleaves... We also have some rainy days.
Also I enjoy eating first tangerines; home made apple's compotes and soon it will be the best time for baked chestnuts and chestnut purees :-)

It's beautiful here! One day it rains then the next it's sunny but no more hot weather. I have an aspen tree in my front yard and it's turning all kinds of colors. We went to a pumpkin patch and corn maze today and drank apple cider and played in bales of hay. I love the fall!!
