So my D&C was yesterday and I have already stopped bleeding. No cramping either. I feel like this is too easy. That it somehow invalidates my loss. Since it doesn't hurt it doesn't count. All of my natural miscarriages were quite painful. Another part of me tries to think that since aI had hardly any bleeding I must still be pregnant and everything is fine...
(((((hugs)))))) Even though you may not have suffered (physically) as much as with others, emotionally you have had a loss just as much as any other. Please don't feel like you have to suffer for it to be any more validated than another. Continued prayers.

Hugs to you!!! My two D&C's were like that. I only bled for a day or two.....and yes, my natural m/c's were very painful. Almost validated what I was going thru. I think what you are feeling is totally natural!!! I agree with Dawn....physical vs emotional is always a hard thing. Sometimes I would wish that I would be in pain physically along w/my emotions. It is not to be....
Continued prayers....and continue to grieve for your loss.

I have never had a D&C, but I did want to say that all losses are different. They each affect us differently. It doesn't mean we didn't love that child or that it didn't happen. It means we are coping differently at the time.
Thanks to Jaidynsmum for my siggy!
