Welcome!!! I am so sorry for your losses. I know nothing I say will make it better, but the ladies here know exactly what you are going thru, emotionally and physically.

If you have questions, ask away. If you want to vent, go ahead!!! We are here for you!!!

BTW....I am Amy (33), married to DH Steve. I suffered two m/c's then was able to carry DD to term. I then suffered two more losses and am currently pg again.

Hi Amy!

Congrats on your current pregnancy. It's always good to hear of success after miscarriage. Did they find a cause for your losses?

Kristy,

Thanks for the congratulations on the pg. We are cautiously excited!

As far as getting some answers for our losses, unfortunately no, we have gotten no explanation. All of the tests that we have had done, blood tests (for blood clotting disorders, etc.), HSG, testing m/c #3 fetus, chromosomal analysis, has turned up nothing. The good news is that DH and I are both normal, bad news is we have no answers as to why I have a hard time sustaining a pg. It is frustrating....when we found out we were pg this time, our OB was ready to send us to an RE. It never came to that, but I was willing to go to try and find out what our issues are.

If you have any other questions, please ask away!!! We are more than willing and happy to answer any that you have.

Thanks for the welcome! This week I'm doing a lot better than last week and I hope this trend continues. I'm still broken up inside but I feel like I'm coping better. Last week I felt like the walking dead. Now I'm better able to carry on a conversation with people and just function better.

Are they doing anything different for you this time (like blood thinners or anything)?
