Since we got married...NOT EVEN A WEEK AGO...I keep getting the question WHEN IS THERE GOING TO BE A BABY?! I keep telling everyone I would like to finish school and become more established, but I don't think it is going to happen this way. The second that insurance card comes I am going to be calling to figure out what to do about the RE and things along the lines of that.

Hypothetically speaking...would it be wrong if one or two nights a week we needed grandparents to watch the baby so I could go to class? DH would probably even be home if it was a late night class, even an evening class.

Not wrong at all. Dominic, Gwen, and Aiden were all conceived while I was in school.

Not wrong in the least!! My husband is still in school.

I know how it feels to be asked... Ever since my two losses, people at work constantly asked "So... when will you be "trying" again..." It got frustrating!

Okay, one less thing to feel bad about. Just wish people would mind their own.

I take classes online but I work too so my kids go to daycare. I think going to school is good for you and a great example.
Yeah for the first time today I actually had someone tell me I should get my son a little brother. I couldn't believe how much it stung .

I'm sorry. People really need to make it a point to remember their head to mouth filter before they leave.

Very few people at my work know about my losses. I changed offices after my second loss for other reasons not my losses. So many of them have no idea what the last two years have been like at home.

There is nothign wrong with grandparents watching kids so that a parent can further their education, as long as the grandparents are willing.

And I understand getting that question... I STILL get asked when we'll "try" for another one, and people are SHOCKED when i tell them we are done...

I hated that question. We got it almost immediately after getting married and didn't have Makenna until we were almost 9yrs married. Do the math people!

People just don't think and often times ask questions without thinking.

As for Grandparents watching a child, why not??? As long as they're willing and want to, go for it. I love that my girls have a close relationship with both sets of grandparents.
