I just got back from my OB appt, which was a preconception appointment. I waited my three months after my last miscarriage and now its game on! This time the doc prescribed me clomid, and she says she'd only like me to take that for 3 months, MAX 6. She says after that, if I don't get pregnant (highly unlikely) or if its not a succesful pregnancy then we move on the IVF or IUI. Best part is, DH just got out of the Marines, and into a civilian job. With the military insurance they would not cover anything to do with IVF or IUI, with his new insurance, they cover IVF and IUI at 100%!! Thats right, 100% of IVF! I finally feel like there is hope. My doctor said that there is a very high chance of me having a healthy pregnancy, either on clomid but definatly if we go through with IVF. I am so in love with my doc.
