I haven't had a real work out routine since I had Grace, but I stay pretty active.

I started to. Currently my workout involves a nightly run, but I need to find something I can do indoors, in 1 room... anyone have any suggestions (and it has to be done without a bunch of stuff too)

Traci, how about yoga? You don't really need anything, it is great at strengthening your core and other unused muscles, and it has the added bonus of chilling you out.

I don't know if you have digi cable, but we have Time Warner and they offer free exercise on demand. The yoga routines vary from 10 minutes to an hour and they are fabulous.
