I know we're all in various stages of our RPL journeys. So what is your plan of action? Are you going to have additional testing? Starting meds? Going natural? IUI?

How hopeful are you right now about your baby future?

I'm pretty hopeful at this point.
Next month, we are going to get the process started for our first IUI/injectables cycle. Up until this point we have only done monitored cycles on Clomid, so this is a very big step in my book.
I'm nervous but yet very anxious/excited!

My plan of action includes :

An HSG
Perhaps a lap? I suspect endo but haven't had it looked into.
Waiting til I get my bloodwork back, but I'm not expecting a diagnosis from the specialist. He was utterly unhelpful.
IUI + injectibles (to have a better quality ovulation)

OR - we might just decide to stop TTC and move on to adoption. We are still undecided and thinking about it. We're taking time to grieve, pray and think before deciding either way.

That sounds like a good plan Lex. Sometimes you just have to take a short break and figure out where your heart is.

I'm going to get another blood test around October 28th, and I guess it depends on what that shows...If it comes back positive, i'll probably have to take medication? I'm not sure yet...If it comes back negative, i'm going to insist that they do more testing because I can not have another pregnancy loss...Luckily, probably the only good thing about my body, is that I can get pregnant easily, I just have a problem staying pregnant now...So if after my blood test, we know what's wrong, and I can take medications, i'll start TTC right away, and hopefully it won't take more than a few months....I want to wait till December, but I might TTC in November, but it all depends on what's going on with my tests, and doctor's appointments etc.

We have an apt with a 2nd RE Oct 6. I plan to get definite answers before I start really TTC. Right now we are NTNP. After I get some answers we will have to see what our treatment is before I can say whether or not we will start TTC.
