What are you doing to try and move forward through your grief?

I've been reading any all and info I can get my hands on about mc, how to prevent, what causes it, etc... I've also agreed to keep trying for our healthy baby. Maybe the 4th time is the charm.

I am doing two things : reading up and getting all the testing I can done for our 4th pregnancy, with hopes that we will have our miracle baby. The second thing I am doing is that since DH and I have agreed that we will only try once more for a birth, I'm researching adoption and trying to get used to the idea of potentially never having biological children.
I just want to prepare myself for whatever may happen.

I think what's key for me is having a plan. Without a plan, I feel lost and it's much harder to get through the day.

I am religious so I am doing a lot of internal soul searching. I also am just keeping on trying.

I am on a backslide with this...so I'm not sure this is the best time for me to answer.

I was kind of stuck. Not really moving forward, just stuck. But recently I got some good advice in a round about way that made me realize that my babies wouldn't want me missing my life, they wouldn't want me stuck. They would want me to move forward and enjoy my two children that are here on earth. So in an effort to pull myself from my grief I have signed up for a Triathlon with Team in Training. I will raise money for blood cancer (leukemia and lymphoma) and get in great shape too. I have found since making this decision and commitment I feel like I am moving forward, finally. Perhaps in a different direction than I had originally hoped, but I think its a great direction. I am excited at helping others on a bigger scale and not being so wrapped up in my life. Some days are hard, but I just try to remind myself that life is short I must make the most out of it.

I keep busy with the girls and have thrown myself in my new job and our everyday life. My faith has also played a huge role in my healing from this last m/c and trying to come to terms with my reality of no more babies for us.
