I've been meaning to ask this for awhile, but I keep trying to wait and see if it will go away. With this last pg, my boobs got a lot bigger right away, and now it's been almost 4wks since the mc and they're still just as big, but no longer sore. Did anyone have this happen, where your body didn't "bounce back"? I know that bigger boobs are normal after a full term pg, but I was only 7wks when I mc'd. Needless to say, DH is thrilled, but it kind of bothers me, snce it's a constant reminder that I was pg. I didn't have anything like this after the first mc. I haven't had af yet, so I thought maybe that would change things, but I'm starting to think this is just my new body, for better or for worse.

Evenually mine went down, but they stayed bigger for a bit this last time, but af took a little longer to come back as well.

I don't know - I feel like my "pooch" is permanent now & I can't imagine. I know women that went through a full term pg & their belly went down faster. I think I need to do more sit-ups, but I hate them. I am sure there are some changes that are permanent, but your boobs will probably go down a bit after af. In my family it seems the women end up with smaller boobs after babies.....I think anything can happen. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Even if they don't change, in time all changes begin to feel normal. I am sorry they feel like a reminder to you right now.

Thanks for your replies. After absolutely horrible cramps all day today (they were worse than my 2nd mc, and it hurt just to walk), which I think means af is coming, I decided that I guess I can handle whatever happens to my body. At this point my body feels pretty foreign to me too, but I'm trying (emphasize the trying part) to take it in stride. At least the bigger boobs kind of balance out my bigger butt!

Great perspective Sara ! LOL My boobs got very big very quickly with each m/c and deflated worse after each one...I say now I need implants but after my last bad experience with anesthsia I'm thinking deflated boobs might be livable after all
I think that multiple losses can take a toll on your body no matter how long you wetre pg..sometimes I think being not as far a long could be worse because it's liek your body gets all reved up for these nine months and then it's tricked out of it and almost doesn't know what to do with all the extra stored fat, hormones, etc...then we go haywire and everyone wonders "what's her problem"...that just my hypothesis though...
Hang in there...after AF you'll probably feel a bit "back to normal" at least physically speaking.
