Sorry if I've been absent more lately. Work is going GREAT. They are keeping me VERY BUSY, which is great. The problem is I leave at 6:30am and come home exhausted. LOL As my facebook status stated this evening "Even the best behaved second grade class wear you out!"

I am glad that work is being so good for you. Teaching is exhausting no matter what. I couldn't believe how exhausted I was at the end of each day.

I subbed nine out of the last ten school days. Every day on the most recent pay check was a the same school, despite me being on the list for several schools.

Lately, any time I'm there someone comments about me being full time (including the principal!). After much discussion, Chris and I have decided that if an aide job at FDES opens, I WILL apply. The pay is less and we don't need the insurance benefits, but the sick leave would be great. Also, there wouldn't be slow spells with an aide job. I have stated that if I get an aide job and then find a job for the summer I will NOT stay once school starts. If I'm still subbing, I might consider staying on.
