Ok, so a couple of months ago, I started reading up on herbs that can help with the RPL situation.
I have read good reviews on B-Fruitful (found here: Pregnancy safe formula for Conception.). I tried this along with my other normal vitamins for one month. It was kinda a PITA because you have to take it 3 times a day (so I had to set an alarm on my phone to remember to do it). However, I really think this stuff works. Now, I didn't get pregnant.....yet from using it. But I found that when I had AF (this is where TMI comes in) I would find a small sac. It looked very much like the sacs I've had when I had a m/c, but it was MUCH smaller. This leads me to believe that it has, in fact, made my uterus stronger. It didn't break up like my other periods. And my periods were shorter....can't complain about that!
Then, I read about Red Raspberry leaves helping you to have a strong uterus. So, I started taking these. I found them on Amazon or Ebay. They aren't very expensive. You have to take 2 capsules a day, which I took with my other vitamins. With my 1st period after taking this a month...along with B-Fruitful, I saw no difference. I had the same sac.
I figured that I didn't observe the Red Raspberry Leaves correctly because I also took the B-Fruitful with it. So, my last cycle, I stopped taking the B-Fruitful & continued with the Red Raspberry leaves. HUGE difference with AF. This time, it was a normal period with my normal blood flows, barely any clots, etc.
So, if I have to say there is one thing out there to try, it's the B-Fruitful. When/if I ever become pregnant again, I will wean off of the B-Fruitful & then start the Carry On regimen, which can be found at the same site as the B-Fruitful.
