Do you exercise regularly? Do you belong to a gym?

Not really and no. I walk around quickly and carry a 15 lb baby for exercise. I used to belong to a gym, but I didn't like it at all.

I need to but I don't. Wish I could figure out a way to get started and keep it up.

no and no. I will once the weather starts staying nicer... but I wont join a gym.

We have one in our complex at home.. so it'd be silly really to drive across town when we've got the weights, cardio machines and a pool right there... for free.

DH and I just joined a gym. Still struggling with making it part of the routine though.

No and no I don't have motivation to go to a gym and I hate being there will all those fit nice looking women. When its nicer out I will be out with my friend and her son, so hopefully I start losing some weight then.

I do yoga twice a week at a local studio. I love it, for me it's more than just working out. I think it has helped me to deal with my losses and feel like I have some control over my body.
