I'm doing ok some days. Been working a lot so that helps. But when I slow down I start having trouble. With Angelica's recent Autism DX it's hard to accept that I have one baby on earth and 5 in the clouds.

I'm doing well and my pregnancy is progressing nicely but I've been a bit down emotionally lately. It's been 2 years since I lost Rose and I'm in a bit of a dark place/emotional about it (it was the miscarriage that hit the hardest as I was furthest along, had seen a heartbeat, had to take cytotec AND it was the 3d one).
I'm also feeling those old fears creep back up on me about losing this baby too... a bit anxious, I got retested for antiphospholipid antibodies (I was borderline, but still counted negative 2 years ago, my doctor wanted to re-test me before the end of my pregnancy to make sure there will be no issues). I'm a bit on edge waiting for results. I have no reason to believe something bad will happen, but the fear is still there.

I'm here. I'm in a bad place, emotionally. this time last year was my second IUI and pregnancy, and we're in the stretch leading up to my miscarriage again. Plus two of my cousins have announced their pregnancies- one due two weeks before I should have been with this summer's loss, one due 8 days before me. so I'm in a bad place. I just need to mope. and mope. and mope.

We are doing well. I just can't believe how crazy busy I am since Marsi is walking now. I am struggling a bit since I am going through the loss dates of all my losses in the next 5 months. It is hard to believe that we could have had a 5 year old right now. I am just grateful for what I now have. We are facing the decision of starting to TTC again and it is proving to be a tough choice even with the baby hunger I have.

*hugs* I'm sorry some of you are really struggling.

Here'a few images someone's shared in my baby loss group recently:

They both are just so so true. Sometimes I wish we didn't have to put on the good fronts, we are mothers mourning the loss of our babies, no matter how early in life they left us, I hope to live to see the day where grief for miscarriage is not only considered normal by most, but encouraged.

I've been thinking recently.. how is the world to know i have babies in heaven after I'm gone? My simple answer, when i go, I want a pair of angel wings for each angel baby on my stone and I want all their names written on my urn (even if it's only with a sharpie)

I'm good but apprehensive. I have been busily getting ready to apply for the Sonographer program. I have started taking a couple of courses (math and physics) that I need to complete as prerequisites before the application deadline in January. Today, I have an interview to volunteer at a local Hospice. I hope they like me and I can start their volunteer training program which begins on the 17th.

I am scared to start TTC again but I know that if we don't try a couple more times, at least, I will always wonder if we could have had a take home baby. It's strange though because this is the first time I have ever had something going on that I am excited about more than having a baby. I actually debated not trying and just persueing the medical sonographer course. I know that everything will work out the way it should but that doesn't stop me from worrying about it.

I'm sorry this is so long.

I'm borderline. Was doing well (actually excited about ttc again and another pregnancy) until my sister announced being pregnant again. (Not Des's mom.)

i haven't been around JM much recently (until today) - had D&C for latest loss on 8/29 and it's just tough being around JM when we're in limbo WTTC. I should get test results on baby at OB follow up appt tomorrow, which i'm also dreading. I find Aug/Sept/Oct really difficult for me as 3 of my 4 losses have happened over those months so just a lot of bad memories & whatnot creep in

*hugs* I'm so sorry Lara, I was really thinking this would be your rainbow baby! I hope that they have some answers for you when you have your appointment.

Kimberly your program sounds awesome. I'd love to be a sonographer (and do have the pre-requisites from HS) but there's just no demand for them around here
