You and I really need to learn to go to bed earlier!

I could join you in this up-all-night club! I'm rarely asleep before sunrise!

Any pointers on how to get to bed earlier, ladies?

When I went back for my 2 week checkup post d&c, I asked the doc for sleep meds to get me through until I passed the major stages of grief. Now I'm up late really just because I spend too much time on JM!

I would be up all night if I could - I think I like the night better than the day & hate to waste it on sleeping.

I know, and I'm on East Coast time, so if you see me on still it's really late for me! Actually, I've been sleeping better this time around, although it comes and goes. I had a lot on my mind last night, which is why I was up.
We'll see about tonight...

I was sooo like you ladies for about 3 months after my losses, paticually this last one in Jan...I'm finally back to a regular sleep pattern. Insomnia kicks in only about 1-2x every 2 weeks or so. when it does I like knowing I have JM available to me
Sleep meds helped me too...so did Benedryl. 2 before bed and I'm good for the night.
