Well, my thyroid results came back really crappy. I am just angry today. It can cause bad egg quality which could explain everything, or nothing. I hate being in this limbo crap land. I have to get more blood work done tomorrow to do a complete thyroid check to see what other crap my body can put me through. I start medications tomorrow as well. Ugh. I know some of you ladies would understand this.

*hugs*

I know exactly how you feel. Poor egg quality means we still get pregnant.. with little to no hope of that ever becoming a living breathing baby. And it sucks.

But.

There is always hope. It's not hard for most people to keep a thyroid regulated, sometimes it takes a few tries with different types of meds. Hopefully a little while on the meds (I think I was told 3 months is what they aim for for regulation these days, it used to be 6) and you should be right as rain!!

Lisa B has what I have... it actually from reading her ttc blog with the girls that I realized I fit that bill more than the simple hypo.. and then years later find out my medical records actually state I don't have hypo, I have Hashi's. oi.

Let us know how the rest of your blood work turns out!!!!

I just saw your number on the TTCAL board... I would kill for that level. My last test was 27.237!! They should be able to get your numbers down and regulated in no time! You'd technically be in the "normal" range for thyroid if you weren't ttc!

I know you're sad about it, but it is still a decent number... a few weeks on your meds and you should see it come down to a better normal (I think most doctors like to see it under 2 for ttc).

They told me that it was barely abnormal, so I knew that it wasn't horrible. I just want to be healthy.

Well, I got my progesterone checked today as well. My arm is so bruised. Fingers crossed for good results.

I pretty much only have 1 good vein. The lady tried to get one in the other arm, but ended up getting it out of the vein that I know works. So, this time it was worse because she fished and got nothing out of one arm and still had to go back to the bruise.
