I debated putting this in the ttc part... but you don't necessarily have to be ttc to be prepping your body against another loss.

So...what supplements do you take, and how much?

--------------------------------------------------------------------

My list is:

Rainbow Light, Prenatal One
200 or 400mg Co Q10
8400mg Cranberry extract (I'm extremely prone to UTI's.. I haven't had one since I started taking it)
Baby Aspirin
5000IU Vitamin D-3
100mg Vitamin B6

Plus of course my thyroid medication

I'm thinking of switching to a b- complex... since after listening a radio show, I take a med that could lower my body's B-12... and I only get 35mcg of that.

Progesterone 200mg starting at 3 DPO

I also take my thyroid med and 10 mg Prozac. I am trying my hardest to wean off the Prozac but it is an extremely low dose.

My iron levels have always been great so no, I don't take extra iron. I eat a ton of iron rich foods though.

ah, lucky you!

Realized last night why my OB might have possibly told me not to take the baby aspirin. I take Prilosec for reflux... the two together do a number on your platelet count and ability to absorb B-12. I've got a lovely bruise I've been watching form on my leg.

So now I need to find a B-12 supplement... preferably a complex.. that doesn't contain Vit C or Folic Acid.... guess I'll have to start buying the expensive supplement.

I stopped taking the baby aspirin when I got a massive unknown cause bruise on my leg. I figured it was a little too thin for me. Sorry you have to get even more.

dang Jen... and I thought my list was bad.. I've got a double pill case and realized tonight if I can find Folate and a B complex.. I'm gonna need a bigger case. That or I need to suck up the price and buy the 400mg CoQ10 rather than 2 200's... They're just a better price *pout*.

That's what I'm dealing with Rachel... unknown bruise. It started as a few little red pricks I thought they were spider veins... but it's getting bigger. I suspect the way I sit is causing it to stretch and bleed more. All the other bruises are in places I'm likely to whack off something. I asked the nurse at the doctors office and she told me to take B-12 in either liquid or dissolvable tablet (and to get real B12, not fake).

But seriously, my pills are a meal in themselves. I'm pretty sure I could skip breakfast if I took them all at once.

I added in fish oil omega 3 today. It definitely can't hurt.

I take the ubiquinol instead of CoQ10. It's by Jarrow and from my research is a better form. But yeah, I have a massive pill case. I split mine across 3 times a day too.

I need to get a bigger case. I can't fit half of my stuff together. I also ordered Rainbow light 1 instead of the gummies so I know that I will need a bigger case for that. I guess I should go shopping.

I picked up a B12 supplement until I can find one that's not synthetic ... I've got 45 days worth.

Still working on finding the Folate... So many different kinds out there....

Jen, how much of the ubiquinol do you take?

Reme just watched me take my pills and asked if I have a pill problem.... lol

ty, I've added it to my Amazon cart, I'll order it before my next cycle (we are taking a casual approach to this coming cycle).

Since I don't have confirmed PCOS I think I'll pass on myo-inositol....

I've been debating the Selenium.. I think I'm going to ask my new OB when I find one about it. Since it can affect the thyroid if you take too much... and let's face it, my thyroid's a piece of garbage anyway... I don't need to kill it a little bit more.
