OK, last week I whined about my favorite yoga class (see link below). So this week, I'm hoping you'll help me choose whether to go to yoga or to swim laps. Thanks!

I voted swim - in case it's as hot there as it is here - it will help keep the sweating down.

You crack me up. I vote swim too...in hopes that there's less "free spirits" involved!

I jumped on the bandwagon and said swim too. Just cause yoga was bad last week, maybe the pool will be better. Plus the idea of cool water sounds good right about now, much better than sweating it out in yoga. Let us know what you do!

I also voted for swim. Maybe it will be more relaxing than the yoga was for you last week.

Thanks, ladies! Guess I'm going swimming tonight. Unless it thunders and then they'll close the pool (pool's inside, but they still close it). If I wind up in yoga, I promise to type up another good story about the free spirits .

Why? Is it in case the building gets struck by lightning?

Well swimming got scratched, but for maintenance not thunder/lightening (and I have no idea why they close an indoor pool for that, but I'm sure it's a safety thing). So I went to yoga and...

NO FREE SPIRITS !!!!!!!!! Yea!!!!

It was actually a nice, relaxing, and very tough workout. I left feeling wonderful. And ever since Thursday, I've had the sore muscles to prove it!!
