Hi, I am going through my 4th miscarriage in the last year after having a successful pregnancy through IVF 4 years ago. I have had FET done without any success and my RE is suggesting we do pre genetic testing to see if there are any problems with the embryos. Has anyone ever done this? Did you have a successful pregnancy because you did this? If the costs are not too outrageous, I may consider doing it...I have already been tested for any issues with my self and everything has come back negative. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First off, I am sorry for your losses. I haven't had to go through medical assistance to get a baby, so I haven't had any genetic testing done. There is a board here that the ladies are wonderful and might be able to answer your questions. I hope that you are able to have another baby soon.

I'm very sorry for your losses. I just have a couple of questions. Have you had any of your losses genetically tested? Is there a reason why your doctor thinks there might be a genetic problem? I'm not sure what the benefit of preimplantation genetic testing would be if they aren't looking for something specific.
