I love that name! So beautiful! And I don't think it's weird...it was your time, you were ready. I hope to someday be ready to name my twins too....

That's a beautiful name for your first angel. I have two that I haven't named and that makes me so guilty. It feels like I can't name them because it was so long ago and w/ a different partner. I didn't grieve enough for them and to name them nmght open up old wounds that I can't handle right now. KWIM?

That's such a beautiful name, sweetie..

And just as everyone else has said, it isn't weird that you named your angel now.. I know that for me there was a very fine line when it came to the naming process.. With the twins that I lost recently, I knew that I wanted them to have names before I actually passed them, and the names actually just came to me when I woke up one morning.. And I knew my daughter's name (my first loss) as soon as I looked at her after I lost her. But with the second loss, I didn't have a name that felt right until a year or two later..

I think that was kind of tmi, since this thread is about you.. But basically what I was trying to say is that I think it's normal.. I know that it hurt to think of my second loss without her having a name, but I also knew that trying to find that right fit just made me hurt even more.. It took a lot of time to get some closure on the loss to feel safe and comfortable to name my angel.

So again, I love her name, hun. It's beautiful.

It hink you name then when the time is right. I kind of have some names in my head now, but oddly nothing I'm ready to share with anyone yet. And it took a long time for those names to surface.

Cece - I don't find it odd at all. I will add it to the calendar & if you don't mind - please also add it to the thread "Please Share" - so when I go back there to double check myself & makes sure everythign is updated...that I don't miss it. I am glad you came to enough peace to find her name now. I know that is very hard & I named none of my babies until my most recent loss. The time has to be right & you need some level of peace in your heart to find it.

What a pretty name. I'm praying that one day I will find the courage and strength to name my 3 angels. I'm scared if it openning up to many wounds and I'm not there yet.
