Okay - so I am trying to make my own siggie - although I am totally not adept at such things. I found that when I put in the fairy with the butterfly - all the other things in my siggy were making it rather long - too long IMO. So I took off the blinkies for the pg loss board & recurrent board...and now I don't want to offend anyone - so I didn't know if that seemed rude of me - or not. I made it so the fairy can be linked to this board (and I am sooooo inept you can't believe how hard it was for me to figure out how to do that). Anyway - I am sure as I get better - the siggy will too - but for now I wanted to know if anyone had any pbjections to me dropping the other blinkies for now until I can figure out how not to make my siggy a mile long. I just have a personal pet peeve when the siggy gets too big - I think it distracts from what you are trying to say.

Beckie, I just wanted to tell you how pretty it was. To me it looks like the fairy is hugging and protecting the butterfly. Just beautiful.

I don't see why anyone would be offended. When I first came here, I was overwhelmed with the sizes of the siggy's. I still am. All other boards I've been on have siggy regulations (only 6 blinkies and one ticker for example). I had to turn the "see siggy function" off, so I could concentrate on what the person had to say.

It's a beautiful graphic BTW.

Beckie, I'm definitely not offended.. Your siggy is absolutely beautiful!

I do have a suggestion for you if you'd really like to keep your pg loss blinkies.. You could put them next to the siggy that you made instead of on the lines below. The Recurrent Loss blinkie may actually tie in really well.. Just hit the space bar instead of enter at the end of your siggy and paste the blinkie there.. I think they'd fit well side-by-side. I couldn't tell whether or not you just wanted to have your own work there, or if you really wanted to be able to fit your blinkies there as well, so that's just an idea for you.

BUT.. It is definitely fine for you to just use your own siggy.. Again, it's beautiful, and I'm definitely not offended.

I think it's beautiful
Just the idea really gets me! And it's so personal... it inspires me, actually! I'm going to start working on a nice siggy for myself now!
No offense taken to the lack of blinkies.

Beckie, I forgot to say this earlier. but I really like the symbolism of the siggy, with the fairy protecting the butterfly. I think that's a good metaphor for all of us.

I love it! So artisitc! The butterfly reminds me of a heart beating in a womb and the fairy is protecting it...it's gorgeous! And it's your sigy...no offense taken, make it however you'd like!

What a symbolic siggy. I have no issues either. It's your siggy and represents you.

I love it and take no offense to you taking all of the other blinkies out of your siggy.
