Today was the beginning of my Investigative Cycle and I went in for CD3 blood work and 2 different u/s. Things looks okay but I have a small cyst on my left side. I kinda figured that since I still get left sided pain but they're not too concerned since it's only 1 and not multiple cysts like I used to have. So on Tuesday (CD9) I start going in every day for 8 days (weekends included) before 8am for a vag. u/s and blood work and I have my HSG booked for next Thursday. DH did his SA test today as well so I figure we should find out what's going on in a few weeks. The genetic tests and the chromosone tests won't be back for another 2-5 months, but we're officially on our way.

I was soooo tempted to light a candle and play some Barry White for DH but I think that would have thrown him over the edge and added to the "performance" anxiety!

AF showed up on Monday and hasn't been too bad either (and 6 weeks to the day after my m/c) so my body has bounced back to it's old self again. Now to just find out what the heck is going on and why I keep m/c.

LOL!! Oh the picture you created in my head!! Poor DH. At least he's cooperative and seems to be a good sport.

I'm glad things are rolling and that AF showed up. Definitely keep us posted on how things are going. Let us know when you get tired of the vag. u/s and bloodwork! Yikes, 8 days straight. I pray that it brings you answers, followed in the near future by a little bundle of joy.

DH is such a trooper and good natured about it. When he was done and filling in the paperwork I told him what I was thinking of doing and he just laughed and said "thanks but no thanks Nic...it's just not the same without you." DH even went with me to my appointment this morning.

I HATE vag. u/s and can't wait until it's over. I feel like I should be charging admission tickets or something! Everybody at the office is really nice and friendly though and tell you things (unlike the u/s lab from hell in May!!!).

I am so glad you are having soem things move forward for you. I hope you get all your results as quickly as possible & that the tests are fairly painless. I knwo it stinks waiting for results, but I am sure you'll be glad to have them once it's over. Hang in there - it seems to take forever - but it will be over faster than you think.

That's excellent! Glad to hear the DH is such a trooper. I really hope you find some answers. Actually, I hope more that you have a cute little baby soon, regardless of whether or not they find any answers, but I guess this is the path to that, right?

Thanks for the emotional support ladies. I can't wait to get the results. Like I mentioned before...I know we might not know and they're might not be anything wrong, but at least we'll know that we've done everything we can to find out.

I'm keeping busy this month with lots of social engagements and projects to keep my mind off things. In the grand scheme of things...w few more weeks is nothing (at least that's what I have to keep telling myself).
