Since recurrent m/c isn't limited to any one place, we've got ladies from all over the world. I thought it would be interesting to see where everyone's from, all in one thread. You don't have to get too specific, just what you're comfortable sharing.

I'm from Oklahoma, right in the middle of the US.

I'm from Canada...Ontario to be exact

and No...

We're not apart of the USA (or a cousin of the USA)
I don't live in an igloo (nor have I ever seen one for that matter)
Know your cousin's friend who lives in Vancouver
The RCMP doesn't direct our traffic instead of stop lights or go around on horses (unless it's a special ceremony)
You can't ski here in the summer
You can't drive across the the country in a a day or so (we're the 2nd largest country in the world)
Say "eh" after a sentence
Wear long johns
Have a dog sled
Play hockey
Eat bacon
Drink beer with every meal
and I don't have a mullet (aka...hockey player hair)

Just in case you were all wonderin.

I'm from London in the UK

And no I have never met the queen,
Nor am I friends with her or any of her family.
Why it is most people think we do I don't know.

LOL Nykoal! That made me laugh
I'm also from Ontario, Canada!
It's always fun to mess with Americans who don't know any better!
I once told some American kids on a field trip that we live in igloos, but it's awesome because we get a couple weeks off of school for the "polar bear migration" since it's too dangerous to leave the house! Oh, and McDonald's has penguin burgers, here, they're really good!

Oh the things we can get away with. I've always been tempted to try and use Canadian Tire money in the states!

I'm from Maryland but I live very close to Washington, DC. I'm about a 6 minute car ride away. I have no real funny commentaries to add, except I never seen the president in person but I have meet Newt Gingrich.
