I was a littel peeved to say the least. SNOW - is it Christmas season or Halloween????? Anyway - just needed to vent & hopefully see I am not alone in feezing my tata's off so soon/ they keep saying were supposed to have a mild winter - but at this rate I'll believe it when I see it. This is WAYYYYY early for snow! (and it's still coming).

I wish! They were talking about us getting snow tonight, but so far it hasn't panned out. If it is going to freeze anyway, the least it could do would be snow!

Ohhhhhh....I'm jealous! I love snow and OK is the wrong state for getting very much. When we get 3 inches that sticks to the grass it's a big snow. If you can't enjoy it for you, will you at least throw a snowball at someone/something for me? Pleeeeeeeeeeease!!??!!??

YES!

I love the snow! I started on my way to school today and I whipped out the camera and did a video blog of it I'm cute. It got really fluffy later on. It's way too cold, though! I was at a football game tonight! AH! But I still can't help but love it...

Grrr....I can't stand snow!!!! It brings out the stupidity in people and it's like they check their brains and forget how to drive with the first snow fall! The since I live in Southern Ontario (stop laughing...it's not an oximoron!) our winters are fairly mild and it's more like slush and it's so damp. It's bone chilling cold because of the dampness. I'm sad it snowed because our leaves were finally starting to change and they looked so beautiful and now they look horrible.

(Gee...can you tell I'm not a winter person!) Any season where you can lose body parts and limbs because of the elements isn't for me!!!

Nicole, I think you and I need to switch places! I love winter because you can always add more layers to warm up. In the summer, at least here, we have lots of 90 - 100+ temp days and you can only strip down to skin in an attempt to cool off...and still be hot!

I'm with you on the driving, though. Our snow doesn't stick to the roads very often, but when it does no one adjusts their driving to compensate. All the people in 2wd SUVs think that because it's an SUV they can drive any way they want. Um, noooooo...so we just laugh at them (both of ours are 4wd and we know how to drive in the snow).

But at least your baseball team is in the World Series, Beckie! I guess I am outing myself as a baseball fan - DH and I have been snuggled up on the couch watching Detriot win all week.
Alas for me, no snow (unless it was the mountains, if it snowed here in NC in October, people would die from shock), and my baseball team didn't even make the playoffs!

I KNOW - it's quite a shocker! It's been way too long - they've been awesome this year!

No snow here but we got a lot of rain.
I can't wait until next winter. We'll be in Colorado (moving there next summer) and hopefully we'll get lots of snow.

I am also a huge baseball fan. If you look at the pics of my little one you'll see who my team is Of course they didn't make it past the NLDS, but my second choice is Detroit. I like the fact that they beat the Yankees (BOOOOOOOOO). My friends also planned my baby shower around the Dodgers schedule. I told them not to plan it on a night they were on TV.

Our team didn't make it either. Since OK doesn't have any pro teams, DH remains loyal to the Seattle teams he grew up with. Mariners didn't do ANYTHING this year. Very sad. But YAY for Detroit! Any team that beats the Yankees is our second favorite team!
