Anyone get dizzy from the pain?

nope.

ya know the one thing that no one ever told me was that you really do get a decent break in between contrax.

Everyone told me, just get the epidural, it is a life saver. I don't really understnad that, I mean I guess we all have a different pain tolerance, but if you take it on contraction at a time it isn't so bad.

In between contrax I was able to carry on normal conversation watch tv.

the only time I was truly miserable was before I was given the anti nausea medication and vomiting before and after contractions, I couldn't relax because I was too busy puking.

I don't think I felt dizzy either. Peppermint oil works wonders for nausea though!

thanks everyone! I just hate getting dizzy, It got worse when I found out I was pregnant and got on meds for it

The only time that I ever really get dizzy is when I get up to fast but while preggo it seems to happen to me a lot more than when I'm not. I usually just take a couple of nice deep breaths and then it subsides on it's own.

I've never had any clients complain of getting dizzy. Staying nourished and hydrated will really help you not get dizzy.
