The news is still sinking in and I'm still in shock. I'm so excited though, just afraid of getting too excited and then miscarry. I've had one miscarriage already and I tend to be a worry wort in general lol. No matter what, I'm sooo happy to be here. Yesterday I visited the Puget Sound Midwives & Birth Center (the same place Ashley is going) and I am so thrilled! Even though I was there with Ashley for her appointment, the midwife Valarie was very interested in what was going on with me. She calculated my Expected Due Date to be October 3rd and she even gave me a conformation letter without having me pee in a cup lol. She figured if I got a positive at home, than I'm pregnant plain and simple. I love how relaxed it is, very homey. It is such a positive natural environment, I am so looking forward to our consultation appointment on February 11th!

Here are my first Belly Pics!
4 Weeks - 118 lbs

I am so excited for you Tiffany!! You are adorable! How tall are you? I think you and are about the same size pre-pregnancy. How are you feeling? I'm so happy you like the BC. It's going to be wonderful that you both can birth there.

Thank you so much Cindy! I'm 5'3" maybe 5'4" and about 118lbs. I'm feeling ok, just early pregnancy worries I guess. Maybe it's because I had a miscarriage before I had Rayne so it's always in the back of my mind. I've been having some pelvic heaviness and what I think to be light ligament pain/discomfort and that worries me. It is still sinking in but I'm so excited! Thank you so much *hugs*

Puget Sound Midwives and Birth Center? You must be from WA too! I'm delivering at the Family Beginnings Birthing Center on Capital Hill in Seattle. I've got about a 9 week headstart on you. Congratulations, and good luck!!

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi! I tend to lurk here alot, but I enjoy this board - just not familiar with everyone here yet. I'm delivering at the Puget Sound Birth Center as well. Not surprised that you already enjoy the BC - I love it there. I'm always extremely 'at home' during my appointments and the midwives are fabulous. There is another lady in my March DDC who is also delivering there. (She delivered her second there as well) Seems like there are ALOT of WA mommies around here on JM. I'm in Redmond.

Congrats on your pregnancy and hope you have a happy & healthy 9 months!
