I can't believe I am in single digits!

I do feel kinda *different* today. I feel like he is lower, but don't think I am any more dilated. I keep feeling those pinching feeling down there. My next appointment is Friday. I hope my BP hasn't gotten worse. I really don't want to be induced again. I did 99% of his laundry yesterday and got his stuff ready in my room. (He will sleep in our room for a while)

Last night I was sitting in the living room folding Tanks laundry and my 17 yr old son said out of the blue "So what's your birth plan mom?" LMAO I said what birth plan.... I am going to have a baby...don't need a *plan*. He said "well aren't you going to have drugs?" Dave and I laughed and said "noooo" Jeremy looked at me like I was nuts. I explained to him I have done it before and I will do it again.

I hope having our kids(18,17,15,14) there for the birth show them NCB not only is possible is a natural process. My ex and his girlfriend just had a baby and she was your typical "give me drugs now... I am never gonna do this again...." woman. So far the kids have only seen that part of childbirth. I hope they get to experience the joy of childbirth this time and not the pain. Especially our girls.

I can't wait! Anyone have a crystal ball? I sooo want to meet my little Tank soon.

Is anyone else due soon too? I know we have some lurkers on the board

How exciting...any day now. I hope your BP is good at your next appointment. I think it's wonderful that your kids will see what birth was made to be like.

WooHoo! So exciting. And how lucky your children are to be able to witness a NCB. I hope it inspires them and makes them also appreciate you more too. Good luck!

I totally agree! I got to attend my sister's Homebirth...and what a wonderful experience it was! I think it will definitely help me get through my own labor...
So excited for you! I can't wait to hear he has arrived! (he's due on my b-day)

The final countdown how exciting.

I agree having your children experience natural birth is awesome! My mom got to see it for the first time when I had Evie. She had done it herself, but never witnessed it. I think she was in awe herself.

Thanks girls

I tried having sex today No sign of labor yet I still think he is going to be late.... but I guess only he knows. I am pretty sure we have the name thing narrowed down to three... Scott, Daniel, or Matthew. I hope one of them *clicks* when I see him. I sooo need to finish packing my bag. I need to get the camera and camcorder ready. I am soooo lazy!
