Hey guys, I have a friend that failed her one hour and barely failed her 3 hour. So her doc has her on the 1800 calorie diet for it. I know i have seen mentioned here that there is some diet that lots of people recomend. I know I have seen the posts but kinda skimmed them as I have never had the need for it. But I mentioned to her that I heard of a diet that many say really help keep blood levels good. Does anyone remember what it was called? Thanks so much
