Yeppers, I ate it at Scalini's on Saturday evening and went into labor Sunday night.
My baby is on their website! He's a Scalini Eggplant Parm baby!

This is the restuarants recipe that they share on the website:

Mothers to Be

and here's the babies...(Brenne is the 3rd from the bottom!)
Eggplant Parmigiana Babies

P.S. It's SOOOOOOOOOOO delicious!

I dunno if it really works, but I'm sure gonna try it! It sounds like a good recipe, but I'm not gonna hold my breath that it'll work

I had it the night before going into labor, but I think it was my second round. That day I also walked 2 miles, had a 3rd acupuncture treatment, and a good cry. So, who knows?

Well I'm at 24 hrs after eating it... still nothing. Broke down and DTD (dh is happy lol)... nothing. Walked for endless hours... nothing. Now I'm sore and miserable and he's just NOT coming out!
My stomach is going crazy again - making noises.. can't believe that doesn't scare him out lol.

He has to come out sometime Rose! Your first 2 little guys were late too, right?

If you do make some, I'll try it with you, I'm not sure if I've ever had eggplant, so it would be a new experience.

I wonder what it is in the recipe that is supposed to do it. Is it the eggplant?
