Hi ladies. I'm looking for a birth plan thread that I saw maybe a week or so ago. I'm not able to find it Someone posted a link for creating a birth plan and I wanted to use that link. Does anyone know where this thread is?

But I must say- nurses and doctors really don't like those plans.... They are too long, too complex, often outdated, and mainly redundant. It can be good inspiration, but usually just writing what is most important to you will more then do the trick.

Sticking to under a page, usually more like half a page, is a much better bet- thast way they'll at least have to time to read it!

I used the plan at the link Cheryl posted. I did it and then I printed that and it was multiple pages. So I edited it down to about 3/4 of a page, which was easy since a lot of the stuff was repetitive or didn't apply to me. It was a good source of inspiration though since a few of the things on there I hadn't thought about much.
