Had my 6 wk appt today, went great, all is well. It was just kind of sad because it was my "goodbye", won't be going to my midwife anymore now. It probably seems crazy but it was just really sad to say goodbye. I guess over the course of almost a year I became really close with them and they were just such a great bunch of ladies! Makes me sad that I probably won't see them for almost a year! They do a yearly get together with all the families, which I am already looking forward to! Funny, I was sooo glad to be rid of my OB's and this time I'm wishing I had just a few more appts lol!

ohh I know exactly how you feel !!! I love my midwife and always hate saying good bye to her!! I bet I am having this many kids just so I would visit with her more hahahahah

Unfortunately our midwives dont do year after meeting! I would love if they did.

I know the feeling. I was so sad when I had my last appointment at my BC. But luckily they have a yearly picnic coming up in September, and I am really looking forward to seeing them all again!

Yeah, I'm done for sure. We may want another child down the line but I told DH already nothing else is coming from MY body lol. I love being pregnant but I'm really not much interested in being pregnant again. I'd love to adopt later down the line though.

My BC picnic was the day after I had Hunter, so obviously I didn't go this year but I am for sure looking forward to going next year and ever year after that!

Awwww! I remember feeling that way after I had Emme. Very different from how I felt with my Ob practice also.
