When can I start drink RRL tea? I thought I could at anytime but then I saw somewhere that you shouldnt until later on. Is that true?

And anything I can take for headaches and heartburn? I heard there were some herbal teas but Im having a hard time tracking down a name. Anyone?

Thank ya!!

I drank RRL tea throughout, jus tearlier you drink less, like one cup a day and then increase as the pregnancy progresses.

I just started drinking raspberry leaf tea when I was at week 34. I admit that I've heard you can start drinking it sooner but my midwife didn't recommend it until recently. And I was too nervous to try it on my own.

Papaya is good for hart burn...You can get it at most grocery stores, as well as Wal-mart and Target...I think mine were chewable, and I'm not sure they come any other way (I didn't love the flavor at times, not because they were bad, I was just sensitive, but they worked, so I took them)
As far as the RRLT, I too think it's fine to drink in moderation throughout the entire pregnancy.
