I was told to drink RRL at around 26 weeks. The herbal teas that you can get at target are great. The mothers milk tea for lactation actually helped my heartburn. It has kind of a licorice taste. I did take tums at night because it was a volcano in my chest.
I have been drinking RRLT throughout the whole pregnancy, our midwives say that is just fine (and I am fine LOL)
I dont know teas for indigestion, but I take some enzymes if I think I might get indigestion, which isnt very often, sorry.
Anytime in the third trimester almost any provider agrees is safe for RRLT, the second trimester--is iffy and more people say none during first. I started mine in the third.
For tummy issues I have a Earth mama Angel baby teas---I like them! But eatting pickles and vinegar items have helped the most for my belly (i like to drink pickle juice normally though LOL---and thats the BEST help!)

Thank you ladies! Im off to the herbal place out here to see if they can point me in the right direction. The mothers milk tea I have says not to drink it while pregnant. Probably because of fenugreek which you also cannot take while pregnant.

I started drinking about one cup a day at 24 weeks I believe. I started doing two cups around 30 weeks and in about a week I think I will have three a day. I guess it can be different for everyone. That's just what I am doing.
check out the articles of interest subforum I posted a natural remedies thread. I didn't add any info on homeopathy yet but it is safe for pregnancy as well so you may find something for headaches too. If you find anything out that isn't listed in that thread please add it!
I have heard it's okay to drink the entire pregnancy. The tea I had was just a pregnancy tea, with RRL, and it said it was for the entire pregnancy, but to increase the amount in the 3rd trimester. I didn't start until my 3rd trimester though.
For heartburn, I think someone said papaya or papaya extract helps.
