I did not post in this board much, but I was hoping to have a natural vaginal delivery. We had a lot of complications, and I ended up with an emergency c/s. Here is Wesley's birth story...

Thank you all for the help you gave me while I posted here.

Oh my gosh, that sounded like a really scary experience! I'm glad you both are okay despite all the complications. He's adorable!

If you ever feel like you need to talk about the c-section, come join us on the C-section grief forum. When you prepare for a vaginal birth it can really throw you for a loop to have an emergency c-section, even if you know it was necessary and are basically okay with it.

Wow! I'm sorry you had such an ordeal. Wesley is a little doll! So tiny in that swing (or is it a bouncer, I'm not sure. LOL), aww!

wow, what a scary experience for you! I know it doesn't make it better, but at least you can know that for your baby a cesarean truely was a necessary measure. I hope you heal fast!

AW! He's so small! Such a cutie! I'm sorry his birth didn't go as planned and you had such complications, but I am so glad little Wesley is ok and healthy. Mamas gotta do what's best for their babies and you did what was necessary for your little man's health. I hope your recovery is quick and smooth.

Thanks everybody.
I was happy that I experienced naural labor for the majority of it. Man, was that some pain.

Wow, what a scary experience. Just goes to show you that all the planning in the world can't prepare you for what will happen. You've got yourself a beautiful little guy there. Congrats :]
