I was wondering if this is safe to take during pregnancy? I have looked and looked online and can't find a definite answer. Was wondering if any of you ladies have taken it or know more about it's safety.

Thanks in advance!

I know it is safe while breastfeeding, it is helpful for thrush. I asked my Doula on facebook, she is training to be a midwife now. Should hear back soon for ya.

Thank you so much for asking for me Cheryl! I have a little yeast infection right now (ugh) and have read it's great for those.

she doesn't recommend the GFSE and said this

"How close to the end is she?
If she really is opposed to OTC remedies, then she can do yogurt or garlic cloves. But if she is in her last month, I say take the Monistat and call it a day!!"

hope that helps

I looked it up for my sister when she got thrush while pregnant and we came up with it being safe in pregnancy.

Thanks for the responses ladies! I'm getting things under control thank goodness. I started taking garlic orally and it really seems to have helped a lot!
