For those of you who used Hypnobabies before, did you really listen to the tracks every day? I am loving Hypnobabies so far, but sometimes I just am really not in the mood to do the tracks. And they are so long. My son doesn't nap anymore so I usually do it when he goes to bed, but by that time I am so tired that I practically fall asleep during each track. And then when I wake up, I'm so rested that I can't sleep. The idea of doing this for another 65 days or so makes me a little anxious.

I listened to them as I fell asleep. I added to the affirmation at the beginning (about being open to sugguestion) that I would fall asleep at the end of the track and sleep peacefully. It did work- slept great when I listened! about 4-5x a week I did 1-2 tracks, and I did the preg affrimations almost every day.

I'll let you know how it actually goes, but no I haven't listened to them everyday.
BUT- the majority of the techniques are things I have used for years in meditation, so slipping into a relaxed state is much more common to me.

I plan to do them as I go to sleep at night, even if you do fall asleep you are still hearing it.
