I'm not sure if I have mentioned this much here, but I have a lot of damage from Cadie's birth, can't do things like jump rope, jumping jacks, running can be tough (hate it anyway) and then with my morning sickness I discovered that throwing up is pretty tough on the pelvic floor too. So I have to do physical therapy to repair things before baby gets too big and I have to wear a diaper the rest of my pregnancy. Embarrassing, but necessary.
I LOATHE kegels, which is why I am in this position in the first place.
I totally understand. I have started using a kegelcisor (recommended by my midwife) for similar issues and it has worked wonders. I was doing my kegels but apparently not the right way because nothing was really changing. I can now do all my normal activities and feel normal again. I hope you are feeling better soon.

What sort of things do you do for this? Just curious because I can identify with a lot of what you said (esp. the part about the extra surprise with morning sickness) and think I might ask the midwife. For sure I need to be more diligent about kegels this time.
