I bookmarked it but I guess because it's a blog it just bookmarked the main page. It's on big babies and pelvis size....need it!

ACOG Issues Guidelines on Fetal Macrosomia - American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists

This is the ACOG guidelines in summary. Basically induction isn't advised and c-section is not a good idea.
